Parade of Homes House 8

Kevin Knight & Co.
3800 square feet (1200 sq. ft. basement)
4 bedrooms
5 full and 2 half bath
3-car garage $949,000

This is the last day of the Parade of Homes here at The Domestic Princess. This house was my favorite house of the tour. It is very modern and soothing. Here we start at the door.

As we walk through the entrance way there were these wonderful lights

Next we go to the kitchen

That had these awesome accent pieces on the table

We then head into the main floor bathroom

Now we're going to go downstairs to the private yoga studio

and wine cellar
There was also another bathroom on this floor. I love, love, love the stone work.
Now we're going to head all the way upstairs to another bathroom

This beutiful scape was off of the art studio
And another picture just because it's such a beutiful space

As you leave the house throught the backyard, the decorators have created conversation area on the patio.

Parade of Homes House 7

So, I'm a little late with today's blog post. Ok, a lot late. I drove up to Michigan (3.5 hours) and back (3.5 hours) to go to my future sister in laws Bridal Shower.

Doesn't she look pretty? I'm gaining a great sister. So, on to the Parade:

M/I Homes
4700 square feet
4 bedrooms
4 full and 2 half baths
3-car garage
$799,000

Beautiful, Beautiful Kitchen

I loved the architecture in this hallway.

Cedar Closet, ::drool::

Such a pretty room for two little princess'!

With Muirfield (Host of the PGA Tour) just down the street, ofcourse, their would be a Putting Green in the backyard.

Parade of Homes House 6

5381 square feet
5 bedrooms
5 full and 2 half baths
3-car garage
$895,000

I love that this kitchen was done in the oak cabinets. Everyone has jumped on the Cherry bandwagon (including us). It's refreshing to see difference.

What a great idea!
I loved this flower arrangement in the kitchen.

Loving this pantry.

Another Laundry Room that puts mine to shame

This was a "loft area" at the top of the stairs. I loved this desk and little area. It looked like the perfect scrapbook place.

This was the view into the living room from the "loft"

Beautiful Master Bathroom

The backyard was fabulous.

Parade of Homes House 5

Duffy Homes
3766 square feet (+1083 sq. ft. basement)
4 bedrooms
4 ½ baths
3-car garage
$789,900

This house had a lot of stone work throughout which you typically don't find in newer homes. I love the new and old they mixed in this home.

This was one of my favorite bathrooms in the tour. I want to be soaking in this tub enjoying my Coastal Living magazine. (Check out that hunky man!)

This light fixture was very unique, I think I love it. I challenge all of you DIY'ers to see who will be the first to post their imitation of this. It has the same idea as this light fixture from Pottery Barn.

I loved my laundry room until I saw this one:

I loved this garage door so much I had to take a picture.

Parade of Homes House 4

Builder: Romanelli & Hughes

Information:
4400 square feet (1300 sq. ft. basement)
4 bedrooms (5th optional)
5 ½ baths
3-car garage
$917,000

Starting the tour of this home starts at the front door. What a great way to greet your guests.

Now entering the hallway

We come to the dining room first

Here is the second dining room right off the kitchen. This gives a new meaning to informal dining room don't you think?

This was the coolest feature in this house. Main floor wine cellar. Ingenious!

This bathroom was small but had lots of fun little points to it. First is the tile beyond the sink, they are stone circles.

Second, being the recessed lighting in the shower. Third, I loved how they took the shower curtain to the ceiling to give height to a small bathroom.

Not a big fan of the decorating in this bathroom but I LOVE how wallpaper is coming back.

Here is enterance to the masterbedroom

Before we head back downstairs, you'll pass the family management center. This would keep any busy family organized.

Now to the bar and home theater
