Workout: The Firm Power Half Hour

     The Firm: Power Half Hour

Recently I had been getting bored with The Biggest Loser Bootcamp.  So I went and bought Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred and The Firm's Power Half Hour.

For the non-coordinated person I am, this video was really hard to follow. I think after doing the video a few times anyone would be able to catch on. What I did like about this video is even though most of the time I was stumbling around trying to do the right moves, I still burned 250 calories according to my Polar HR Watch.

Overall, I will definitely stick with this video. I'm trying to get a collection of video's so I don't get bored again. Do you have one that you absolutely love?

I have a lot of Firm DVD's, but not that one. I am always looking for max calories in a short amount of time...I am going to check it out.

I LOVER the 30 shred for that very reason. I also really like Kathy Kahler's Total Fitness and yoga Booty Ballet.
