Adirondack Chairs

I found two adirondack chairs at a garage sale for $5 for the pair.

I sanded the chairs so I could prime the chairs.

I used Behr primer and Krylon Fusion spray paint to paint the chairs white

Mounting a Flat Screen over a TV inlet

Mounting a Flat Screen over a TV Inlet

You will need:

1. 10 x 4 peice of wood
2. L brackets
3. 4 or 5 inch screws
4. Tv Mount to fit your tv
Measure the size of the TV Inlet and cut 10 x 4 to fit within the Inlet. Find the studs and mount the L brackets to the peice of wood, then to the wall. Next mount the Tv Mount to the 10 x 4 peice of wood.

*We got our TV Mount at Walmart for $54 (holds up to 50", 200 lbs)

Spinish and Herb Dip

I'm definitly not the best cook around but give it my best shot. This is one of my favorite cookout dips to whip up. It's always the hit of the party.

Spinach & Herb Dip (Tastefully Simple)
2 tbsp Spinach & Herb Dip Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise (real mayonnaise only)
1/2 cup sour cream Combine all ingredients and let chill for a couple hours.

(For large parties you will want to double the recipe) I like to serve with Triscuits, Blue Corn Chips or Beer Bread

Polka Dot Planter

I took a plain plastic pot from the store and sanded it down. Bought a white primer paint and painted the pot. Then drew circles and painted the circles. I used extra paint left over from painting the door for the polka dots.

White Sangria

White Sangria

1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine, like chardonnay
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup light rum
1/2 cup Triple Sec
1 (15.25 ounce) can pineapple tidbits packed in juices
1 large apple, cut into chunks
Strawberry slices, cherries, orange and lime slices or anything you'd like to use as garnish.
2 cups of lemon lime soda
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, except for the soda, and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours or overnight. When your first guests start to arrive then you can add the soda. If you like a less sweet drink, use club soda instead of Sprite.
