On Friday afternoon, the Compassionate Care Program called me. I was shaking when I heard Suzanne's voice on the line say she was from the Compassionate Care Program. Unfortunately, she did say that we made a little bit too much money. My heart sank. But there was some good news in the conversation with her.
Suzanne is the represenative at the Compassionate Care Program that will be handling our case. She informed me that all Out of Pocket expenses can be submitted with your application to bring down your "take home income." She asked that I gather that information and submit it to her.
On Saturday, I headed to the library. I thought some peace and quiet would be a good way to gather all of our expenses. I was blown away by all the money we spent this year on testing:

This morning I sent all of our expenses to Suzanne. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we get approved and am trying to prepare myself if we do not.
