Health: Biggest Loser 30 day Jumpstart


Since my diagnosis last week, I know I need to get my butt in gear and lose some weight.

I started the Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start today and so far I loving it. My favorite part about this video is it gives you the option to follow a 4 week program or do an individual workout on your own. The 4 week program is 10 minutes, Monday through Saturday and rest on Sunday. The DVD also came with a booklet full of recipes, which I can't wait to try and share with you.

The first day I did Cardio Blast 1, which is 10 minutes of straight cardio and I did Upper Body, which was another 10 minutes of Upper Body with weights. Yea, I'm an over achiever!

Yay you!!! Keep it up and you'll see results in no time :) I've been doing the 30 day shred and LOVE it!! i'm currently on day 8.

Go girl! I just bought the Biggest Loser at home workout DVD...it's a 45 minute shaper workout...and man do my thighs need it!
