Recipe: Low Calorie Chicken Parm


This was so yummy that we decided to keep in the rotation. So, I thought I'd share with you guys.

We used Shake N Bake Parmesan Chicken coating on the organic chicken, whole wheat pasta, low calorie marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella.

that's the same way I do low-cal chicken parm! It IS yummy isn't it? :)

Hey ... just remember, it's only lo-cal if you eat one serving ;-) I'm just sayin' I LOVE that stuff and have the tendancy to eat waayyy to much ;-)
