After the Columbus Marathon, I needed a break. A break from the strict running schedule. I loved very minute of training but sticking to a very strict schedule was part of it. Eat.Sleep.Run.

Here we are a few months later and my miles dropped, my eating got off track and I put on weight. 

My goal is to start blogging (for some accountability) about some weightloss and my training for my next Half Marathon. Today I woke up at 5:30 am and got in a short PiYo Strength Training DVD.

I also started keeping track of my calories again. I had a hard time eating all the calories it gave me today. 

I'm going to work on that a little more tomorrow but for now my belly is full.
